Cooling Water Temperature(water-cooled): 2~32°C
Regen Mode: Heatless Regen
Pressure Dew Point: ≤-40°C
Cooling: Air/Water Cooled
Product Overview

The heatless combined dryer organically integrates refrigerated drying and heatless adsorption drying technologies. Compressed air first undergoes pre-dehumidification and cooling in the refrigeration stage-significantly reducing inlet temperature and moisture content-before entering the adsorption tower for deep drying. Effective pre-dehumidification in the refrigeration stage substantially lightens the load on the adsorption stage and extends the service life of the adsorbent. The unit features high-quality refrigeration components and imported pneumatic valves, managed by a high-performance microprocessor control system, ensuring stable and reliable operation. Designed in compliance with pressure vessel standards, the system employs a unique continuous air supply and delayed switching mechanism to ensure steady airflow and stable dew points during alternating operation cycles, making it an ideal choice for those seeking cost-effectiveness and long-term, stable performance.

Product Features

World-Class Refrigeration

Utilizes internationally renowned refrigeration compressors and high-performance components; the system is optimally matched for high cooling efficiency and stable operation.

Standardized Tower Design & Premium Adsorbent

The tower design and manufacturing comply with pressure vessel standards, ensuring safety and reliability. It employs high-quality desiccants from well-known domestic brands, featuring high compressive strength, wear resistance, high-temperature stability, and resistance to hydrolysis, resulting in a long service life.

Continuous Air Supply During Switching

A special design ensures continuous air supply during the switching process, preventing interruptions. Slow pressurization and delayed switching eliminate airflow pulsations, preventing adsorbent movement and pulverization.

Easy Maintenance

The towers feature independent filling and discharge ports, allowing for adsorbent replacement without dismantling the tower structure-making the process simple and efficient.

Imported Pneumatic Butterfly Valves

Uses imported pneumatic butterfly valves known for precise action, rapid response, and excellent sealing, ensuring long-term stable operation of the dual-tower alternating cycle.

High-Performance Microcomputer Control

Powered by a high-performance microprocessor chip from ATMEL, the system offers high integration and reliable operation. The control panel features a clear process flow diagram and an LED display showing the operating cycle, valve status, and timing settings, providing an intuitive overview of the system status.

Comparison: Refrigerated Dryer + Desiccant Dryer vs. Combined Dryer

Comparison Item

Refrigerated dryer + Adsorption dryer

Combined dryer

Number of units

2 separate units; require separate procurement and positioning

1 integrated unit; procured and installed as a single package

Installation Method

Piping connections required on-site after positioning

Integrated skid-mounted unit; ready for use upon positioning

Inlet Air Temperature Control

No coordination between the refrigerated dryer and the adsorption dryer; fluctuations in inlet air temperature directly impact the adsorbent load.

Optimal integration of the refrigeration and adsorption stages; air is pre-cooled before entering the adsorption tower, ensuring a stable load.

Footprint

Two separate units occupy a large total area

Integrated single-machine design saves approximately 30%–40% of floor space

Piping and Leakage Points

Requires external piping connections between the two units; numerous joints and high risk of leakage

Integrated internal connections; no external piping and fewer potential leakage points

Operation and Management

Separate operation for the two units; requires familiarity with two control panels

Unified panel for centralized control; one-touch switching of operating modes

Post-installation maintenance

Separate maintenance for two units; numerous maintenance tasks and a wide variety of spare parts

Integrated design; centralized maintenance points and simplified spare parts management
