The heated combined dryer integrates refrigeration and adsorption drying technologies into a single unit. It efficiently removes liquid water in the refrigeration stage-thereby reducing the load on the adsorption stage-and offers the flexibility to operate in either standalone refrigeration mode or a combined refrigeration-plus-adsorption mode, delivering compressed air at varying dew point levels to different points of use. Featuring an integrated skid-mounted design that eliminates the need for a dedicated foundation and simplifies maintenance, this unit is an ideal choice for large-scale factories requiring tiered air supply and energy-efficient operation.

 Low Energy Consumption

Regeneration air consumption is only 5%–8% of the processing capacity, significantly lower than that of traditional heatless regenerative dryers. The system supports independent refrigerated drying or combined refrigerated and adsorption drying; it can output compressed air at different dew point levels based on specific usage requirements, avoiding energy waste caused by over-drying the entire system.

 

 Centralized Control

All operation switches, valve controls, and display instruments are integrated into a single panel, offering clear, centralized control. Users can flexibly choose between independent refrigerated drying or combined operation based on actual needs, with convenient mode switching.

 

 Dual-Stage Separation

The gas-liquid separator combines cyclone centrifugal separation with filter element interception. Centrifugal force first removes the bulk of the liquid water, followed by a high-precision filter element that captures fine droplets. This ensures high separation efficiency, maximizes the refrigerated drying effect, and protects the adsorbent material from liquid water impact.

 

 High-Quality Valves

The adsorption section utilizes high-quality pilot solenoid valves and pneumatic butterfly valves. These ensure precise operation and smooth switching, guaranteeing long-term, reliable alternating cycle performance for the twin towers and reducing maintenance frequency.

 

 Efficient Heat Exchange

Both the heat exchanger and condenser feature high-quality threaded heat exchange tubes. With ample heat exchange surface area and a high heat transfer coefficient, the system offers superior refrigeration efficiency compared to standard configurations, thereby reducing the operating load on the refrigeration compressor.

 

 Scientific Air Distribution

A three-stage air distribution structure-comprising a diffuser, distribution plate, and airflow distribution pipe-ensures compressed air is evenly distributed to every adsorbent particle. This prevents "channeling" (tunneling effects), minimizes abrasive wear on the adsorbent caused by high-speed airflow, extends adsorbent lifespan, and ensures long-term dew point stability.

 

 Integrated Design

The unit features a skid-mounted layout that rationally integrates the refrigerated and adsorption drying sections into a compact structure. No concrete foundation is required; installation can be performed on any level floor. Maintenance points are easily accessible, significantly reducing the workload for installation and ongoing operation.
