Product Features

 High-Efficiency Purification with Rapid Output

Utilizing advanced modular separation technology, the system delivers rapid purification with stable, controllable purity levels. Certain models achieve 99.999% high-purity nitrogen output in just 15 minutes, drastically shortening production preparation times and meeting the immediate, high-quality nitrogen demands of rigorous industrial processes.

 Low-Energy Design for Significant Savings

For the same gas output, the modular structure consumes up to 20% less energy than traditional twin-tower nitrogen generators. This effectively reduces long-term electricity costs, helping enterprises significantly cut production expenses while maintaining gas supply quality.

Extended Service Life Backed by Core Patents

The internal molecular sieve utilizes a "snowstorm" filling process combined with a patented airflow distributor design, ensuring uniform airflow and minimizing sieve material wear. Compared to equivalent twin-tower models, this system offers superior purity stability, higher gas flow rates, and a service life extended by 2–3 years, ensuring greater long-term operational reliability.

 Compact Structure and Easy Maintenance

The modular, integrated design minimizes the equipment footprint and allows for flexible layout configurations. As the equipment is not classified as a pressure vessel, it requires no annual inspections or complex regulatory filings, significantly lowering usage and maintenance costs while simplifying routine upkeep.

Intelligent Control System for Unattended Operation

Equipped with a highly automated control system, the unit operates automatically after a one-touch startup, monitoring purity and flow rates in real-time. It supports continuous, stable operation 24/7, 365 days a year, perfectly suiting the round-the-clock production schedules of modern factories.

Modular Nitrogen Gas Generator FAQ

Q1: Can this equipment provide an uninterrupted gas supply 24 hours a day?

Yes. The equipment is designed for continuous, round-the-clock operation; as long as there is a steady supply of compressed air and stable power, it can operate without interruption. No manual intervention is required during operation; after a one-touch startup, the control system automatically manages the adsorption and regeneration cycles to ensure stable, long-term gas production.

Q2: Will the purity gradually decrease over time?

Purity remains stable under normal operating conditions. Molecular sieves are physical adsorption materials that do not participate in chemical reactions; performance degradation depends primarily on the quality of the inlet air source (levels of oil, water, and dust in the compressed air) and the age of the equipment. With proper air source treatment, purity can be maintained within the set range for the long term. If a slow decline in purity occurs after years of operation, gas quality can usually be restored simply by replenishing or replacing the molecular sieves.

Q3: What standards must the inlet compressed air meet? What are the consequences of a poor-quality air source?

The equipment requires a stable inlet pressure of 0.6–1.0 MPa and an oil content of ≤0.01 ppm; the air must also be treated with a refrigerated dryer and precision filters to remove moisture and dust. Excessive oil or water in the air source will gradually contaminate the micropores of the molecular sieves, reducing adsorption efficiency and ultimately affecting gas purity and the equipment's service life. Therefore, the adequacy of the upstream filtration and drying system directly determines the equipment's ability to operate stably over the long term.

Q4: What routine maintenance is required? Is it frequent?

Routine maintenance requirements are minimal and primarily include: periodically checking pre-filters for clogs and replacing filter elements on schedule; regularly cleaning automatic drains to ensure proper condensate discharge; and checking air pipe connections for leaks. These tasks are simple and infrequent; standard maintenance as outlined in the user manual is sufficient.
