High-efficiency Oil Separator Technical Parameters

Jun 17, 2026 Leave a message

High-efficiency oil separators are used for oilfield wastewater, oily wastewater and circulating water in petrochemical plants, high-temperature condensate, oil sludge from the sea surface, ballast water from oil tankers, extractants and raffinates from metallurgical processes, etc.

The CNO oil separator is a filtration-type oil removal device that adsorbs oil droplets while also trapping solid colloids (greater than 20µm), achieving a dual function of oil removal and turbidity reduction.

During operation, the solid colloids trapped by the CNO oil separator are discharged through air turbulence and hydraulic backwashing, similar to the operation of conventional media filters.

The high-efficiency oil separator includes a square oil separator tank, an inlet valve, an outlet valve, a retaining groove, a mounting groove, a transparent filter box, a dust removal filter element, an oil removal filter element, a connecting cylinder, positioning components, and tempered glass. The transparent filter box has an open structure at one end, an air inlet at the bottom, and an air outlet at the top, with the filter element installed inside. Its patent classification number is B01D46/56.
